In the PiPLverse, every payment is a pact of trust. Whether you're upgrading your cosmic profile, buying digital art, tipping a creator from Jupiter, or unlocking extra emoji — we make sure every transaction is safe, transparent, and reversible (where fair).

These terms govern all purchases, transactions, virtual credits, and refunds within PiPL.

? 1. What You Can Buy

You may use PiPL to:

  • Purchase Digital Goods (avatars, badges, planet-themed UI skins)

  • Support Creators via tips or subscriptions

  • Access Premium Features

  • Top-up your PiPL Credits — the universal currency of good vibes

? 2. PiPL Credits: Our Galactic Coin

  • Non-transferable & Non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

  • Exist only within PiPL.top and cannot be used to buy tacos IRL

  • You can view your credit balance in your Control Deck (profile settings)

? 3. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Major Earth-based payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, SpaceApplePay)

  • Local planetary currencies — where compatible

  • Magic beans — still under review

All payments are processed via encrypted channels. We do not store your full payment info — that stays with trusted providers.

♻️ 4. Refunds — Can I Undo My Purchase?

Yes, in certain cosmic scenarios. We allow refunds when:

  • You’ve been charged by mistake

  • The digital good is corrupted or non-functional

  • The feature you purchased was permanently removed shortly after

We don’t refund if:

  • You just changed your mind

  • You used the content fully

  • The transaction involved non-refundable credits clearly marked as such

All refund requests must be sent via the Mission Support Portal within 14 Earth days of the transaction.

? 5. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Maintaining accurate transaction logs

  • Providing support in case of payment disputes

  • Protecting your payment info using Federation-grade encryption

You agree to:

  • Use legal and authorized payment methods

  • Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks

  • Keep your PiPL account secure (especially from roommate pranks)

? 7. Policy Changes

If we update these terms:

  • You’ll be notified in clear Galactic Standard Language

  • Continued use = acceptance

  • You can always opt out by not making further purchases
