This Privacy Policy describes how the PiPL digital ecosystem collects, uses, and protects user data. It applies to all information obtained when users interact with the pipl.top domain and its associated services (including bots, apps, and modules).
1.1 "Control Center" — authorized team responsible for managing PiPL. It defines purposes, data scope, and operations related to personal data.
1.2 "Personal Data" — any information that relates to an identified or identifiable user.
1.3 "Processing" — any operation performed on personal data (e.g. collection, storage, use, transmission, deletion), manually or via automation.
1.4 "Confidentiality" — PiPL's commitment not to disclose personal data without user consent, unless legally justified.
1.5 "PiPL Universe" — digital ecosystem available at pipl.top and its subdomains.
1.6 "Subdomains" — additional modules or pages located at third-level domains of pipl.top.
1.7 "User" — any natural person accessing and interacting with the PiPL ecosystem.
1.8 "Cookies" — small data files stored by the browser and exchanged with PiPL services for personalization and analytics.
1.9 "IP Address" — a network identifier that allows PiPL to detect and secure user sessions.
1.10 "Digital Product" — any virtual asset purchased or accessed within PiPL.
2.1 Use of PiPL implies full acceptance of this Policy.
2.2 If you disagree, please cease use of PiPL services.
2.3 PiPL does not control third-party links accessible through the platform.
2.4 The Control Center does not verify the accuracy of data provided by users.
3.1 This Policy outlines PiPL’s obligations to:
ensure confidentiality of personal data;
protect it from unauthorized access;
and define how data is collected, used, and shared.
3.2 Personal data covered by this Policy includes (but is not limited to):
full name;
contact phone number;
email address;
city and delivery address (if applicable);
photo or avatar (optional).
3.3 Automatically collected data may include:
IP address;
cookies data;
browser type;
session timestamps;
referrer URLs.
3.4 Disabling cookies may limit certain functionality (e.g., login).
3.5 PiPL collects visit statistics, including IP logs, to:
maintain technical stability;
diagnose issues;
enhance system security.
3.6 Other technical data (browser versions, OS info, etc.) are securely stored and not disclosed unless required by law or as defined in Sections 5.2 and 5.3.
4.1 The Control Center may use personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1 Identifying users who register on the PiPL platform;
4.1.2 Providing access to personalized services and features;
4.1.3 Enabling communication with the User, including support inquiries, notifications, and system updates;
4.1.4 Determining the User’s location to ensure service integrity and fraud prevention;
4.1.5 Verifying the accuracy of provided data;
4.1.6 Creating a personal account (upon user consent);
4.1.7 Sending system messages and email communications;
4.1.8 Providing effective technical support;
4.1.9 Delivering promotions, offers, and updates with the User’s explicit consent;
4.1.10 Carrying out marketing and advertising campaigns (with opt-in consent).
5.1 User data is processed indefinitely, by any lawful means, with or without automation.
5.2 The Control Center may transfer personal data to third parties (e.g., courier services, email providers, telecom operators) solely to fulfill service obligations — such as delivering a product, sending messages, or completing a transaction.
5.3 User data may be shared with authorized state authorities only in accordance with the law.
5.4 In the event of data loss or breach, PiPL is not obliged to notify the User, unless otherwise required by law.
5.5 PiPL employs technical and organizational safeguards to:
prevent unauthorized access,
avoid data corruption or leaks,
defend against unlawful acts by third parties.
5.6 Both the User and Control Center are expected to cooperate to prevent damages arising from data loss or disclosure.
6.1.1 The User may choose freely whether to share personal data and provide consent for its processing.
6.1.2 The User may update or supplement personal data at any time.
6.1.3 The User has the right to request details about how their data is processed. If the data is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or collected unlawfully, the User may demand correction, blocking, or deletion.
6.2.1 Use personal data solely for the purposes outlined in Section 4.
6.2.2 Keep personal data confidential and never disclose it without written user consent, unless stated in Sections 5.2 and 5.3.
6.2.3 Apply reasonable safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, in line with best practices.
6.2.4 Block access to personal data when a formal request is submitted by the User or legal authorities during investigation of possible violations.
7.1 The Control Center is responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use of personal data, except when such data:
became public before the breach;
was received from third parties prior to PiPL's possession;
was disclosed with the User’s consent.
7.2 The User assumes full responsibility for compliance with laws regarding:
advertising;
copyrights and related rights;
trademarks and intellectual property;
and all other applicable areas.
7.3 Users understand that all content accessed via PiPL may be subject to copyright or licensing. Such content may not be altered, resold, or republished without permission from the rightful owners.
7.4 Text content (articles, public posts) may be shared freely with proper credit to PiPL.
7.5 The Control Center is not liable for lost content, deletion errors, failed uploads, or other technical disruptions.
7.6 PiPL is not responsible for damages due to:
service outages or misuse;
unauthorized access to User accounts;
actions of third-party services;
or user-generated content violating the law.
7.7 Users agree that some information (such as posts, media, messages) may be removed or restricted if found unlawful or in breach of this Policy.
8.1 Before taking legal action, parties must first attempt peaceful resolution by submitting a formal complaint (digitally or in writing).
8.2 The Control Center will respond to such complaints within 30 calendar days, outlining actions taken or explaining reasons for denial.
8.3 If mutual understanding is not reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the Arbitration Court of Moscow, in accordance with Russian Federation law.
8.4 This Policy and any disputes are governed by applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
9.1 This Policy represents a complete agreement between the User and the PiPL Control Center regarding the processing of personal data.
9.2 The Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Any matters not covered herein shall be resolved under applicable Russian law.
9.3 If any disputes or disagreements arise, both parties agree to resolve them through peaceful negotiation. Failing that, resolution will be sought in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
9.4 The Policy comes into force the moment the User agrees to it and remains valid indefinitely.
9.5 This Policy is published in English and may also be translated into other languages for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.
9.6 If any clause of this Policy is declared invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and enforceable.
